A: Out of habit, you probably typed in
www. Typing the World Wide Web prefix is not necessary when entering your URL in
the address bar.
A: If your site has expired, please call
technical support and provide a credit card number for reactivation.
A: If your site requires more space,
please contact technical support. Additional space is $10.00 for 10MB of memory.
A: To free up space, an Administrator can
go to the Admin page and select the Manage Files link. Click the 'Select File'
button. Choose the file group in which your images were stored.
Highlight the file and select the 'Delete' button. Pop up blockers
must be turned off to view the Manage Files section.
A: Each announcement added to an
Announcement Module has an expiration date. If an announcement has
vanished, please contact technical support to extend the date and recover the
announcement.
A: Modules contain information and
functionality that makes your team website interesting, informative and uniquely
yours. Modules can be moved from pane to pane and moved up and down within a
pane. Modules can be added or deleted from any page (with only a few
exceptions). Modules can be named or captioned and they can be individually
edited.
A: Click on the small arrow next to one of
the pane titles, such as Center Pane. This will Open the drop down list of
SportsLink Modules to select from. Once you have chosen a module, click the Add
button next to the drop down box.
A: Your organization must use
SportsStandings in order to add the schedules to your site. Add the
SportsStandings Schedule module and type in the Organization you belong to.
Select from the list of Organizations. Find the current season, the
division your team plays, and add the schedule.
