Now that you've automated your processes with  SportsTech online registration, you need to be able to stay on top of what's happening.  With the SportsPilot SportsTech system it's all included!

The SportsTech online registration system also includes a robust on-line financial management and reporting system.  A variety of financial reports can be accessed with an administrative username and secure password.  Reports cover transaction income breakdowns by team, league, sport and accounts.  Detailed payment type reports aid in reconciling credit card income activity with bank statements.

As with all of the SportsTech interfaces, access to the financial information is controlled by the built-in security system. Additionally, access to specific sections of SportsTech's administrative and financial functions can be controlled on a user-by-user basis.

Flexible account setup

• Multiple, unique income AND expense accounts can be created (sports, leagues, tournaments, events, merchandise, etc.)

Detailed registration reports

• Who registered, for what, who paid, date/time, payment method, amount
