Give us a call and we will create and
configure your secure SportsTech website. If you already have an Internet domain
name (URL) and website we'll incorporate it into your new web environment. If
you don't have an Internet domain name, we'll help you get one.

If you will be using SportsTech's online
registration feature, a SportsPilot Service Agreement must be executed. Contact
sales@sportspilot.com to receive this contract and learn more about our
services.

Provide us with the information of your
credit card merchant account into which your registration fees will be
deposited. If you don't have a credit card merchant account, we'll help you get
one set up. If you don't want to set up or use a credit card merchant account,
we can collect the fees for you and pay you by check.

Schedule a time that is convenient for you
and your administrators and a SportsPilot customer service specilaist will
present a detailed, two hour, web based training class. Read more about our
new account services.

We'll help your administrator enter the
criteria under which registration for programs, leagues or tournaments will be
processed. Basic information such as type of sport, season, registration dates,
league dates, age/grade restrictions, team fees, individual fees, rules, and
other information are specified.

After completion of this setup process,
the league or tournament is activated and ready for immediate online use. You
can start taking online registrations, scheduling your leagues, and using all of
SportTech's features.
