A: Since SportsTech is entirely web-based,
it only takes a couple of days for an organization to complete online setup.
Depending on an amateur sports organizations credit status, it might take a week
to initiate card transactions.
A: Yes. SportsPilot's servers are in a
high security facility with multiple backup power capabilities. All information
obtained and stored through the use of SportsTech by its member organizations is
confidential. It is not given to third parties or competitors.
A: Yes. The data can be downloaded to
another system in a tab-delimited format for processing by your local software
program.
A: Organizations, schools, colleges and
universities have an unlimited amount of space to store and record their
information and their SportsTech database.
A: SportsTech can be used as a web-based
point-of-sale system for walk-in customers to accept cash, checks and various
other forms of payment. SportsTech also acts as a complete back office
application for amateur sports organizations.
A: No. The SportsTech software is upgraded
and maintained by SportsPilot with no charge to its members you simply login
into to your SportsTech website to access new features.
A: No, but we can provide web-hosting
services, if needed. Organizations are not required to move their web pages to
SportsPilot, online registration and news can be added through links.
A: Yes, there are two places where you can
upload additional information for your program. You can upload word, .pdf, or
excel documents that can be viewed online.
A: The "web access" page allows you to
customize your player form. Turning switches on or off will make each field
visible or hidden on the player form. You can see what is on the player form by
going to the registration page.
A: Yes. Important dates and news items can
be viewed online on the program page within the information icon.
