As a new SportsTech customer, we want you to be up and
running quickly. We'll help you through the initial set up and show you how to
start using your service to run all your online registration and league
management. Setting up your service is quick and easy - here's what we'll do
together:
- Create and configure your secure SportsTech site
- Set up your system administrator account
- Assist in setting up your merchant account (if
necessary) and configuring deposits
- Help your administrator enter the criteria for your
programs and leagues
- Optional participation in an online training classes
Our goal is to get you familiar with our products so you can begin saving time
and money as quickly as possible. From a basic overview of the SportsTech system
to customization, our instructors will tailor a class for you that guarantees
that you can hit the ground running. By the time you complete your training your
staff will have the knowledge necessary to use SportsTech for all your online
registration and league management.
SportsPilot provides remote web-based training, your staff can interact directly
with an instructor from their home of office. We offer a highly focused
session lasting up to two hours and walk you through our entire environment
without the expense of travel. All SportsPilot Web sessions are conducted via
the Internet. Attendees are sent a confirmation e-mail, which will include the
URL for the course, password, instructions on how to join, and conference call
details.
